Artwork Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your use of the logo vectorisation service (“Service”) provided by NW ERP Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). By submitting content or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Service Description

We provide high-quality logo redraws and vectorisation based on client-supplied artwork or imagery. Additional design services such as brochures or marketing materials may be quoted separately.

2. Submissions & Approvals

You are responsible for ensuring that all submitted artwork is owned by you or that you have the rights to reproduce it.

After submission, we will email you with the confirmed price and estimated lead time for each job. No work will proceed until you approve the job via email.

3. Pricing & Billing

Standard vectorisation pricing starts from £6 per logo.
Discounts may be applied based on volume and will be agreed in writing.

Billing Terms:

Invoices are issued on the 1st of each month for all approved work completed in the prior calendar month.
Payment is due within 7 calendar days of receiving the invoice.
Late payment may result in service suspension or interest being applied in line with statutory guidelines.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of any original artwork submitted.
Final vector files become your property once payment is received in full.
NW ERP Ltd reserves the right to display anonymised or permitted samples in our portfolio.

5. Service Limitations & Warranties

All services are provided “as-is” without any guarantee of fitness for a particular purpose.
We aim for accuracy and quality, but it is your responsibility to check final files before use.

6. Liability Limitations

NW ERP Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Service.
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific job in question.

7. Cancellation & Termination

You may cancel a job at any point before approval.
Once a job is approved and work has commenced, refunds are at our discretion.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service due to non-payment or breach of these Terms.

8. Changes to Terms

NW ERP Ltd reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on the service page and communicated via email. Continued use of the Service indicates your acceptance of any changes.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
