At NW ERP, we believe businesses shouldn’t have to choose between efficiency, growth, and sustainability they deserve all three.
Our vision is built on more than a decade of experience helping organisations break free from the limitations of outdated systems, siloed workflows, and escalating operational costs. We’ve seen first-hand how inefficiency not only slows progress but also leads to wasted time, money, and resources both human and environmental.
We exist to help forward-thinking businesses harness the full power of technology not just to modernise, but to transform. By streamlining operations, automating manual processes, and integrating intelligent ERP and SaaS solutions, we enable organisations to become more agile, more scalable, and ready for whatever comes next.
But we don’t just deliver smarter systems we design them with sustainability in mind. Whether it’s reducing paper-based processes, eliminating duplicate workflows, or cutting down on energy-wasting inefficiencies, our solutions are crafted to reduce waste and improve impact without sacrificing service or speed.
To make technology work harder so businesses can grow smarter.
I’ve always had an entrepreneurial spirit. From the age of 12, I was selling sweets and CDs at school. Not long after, I launched a small gardening business, offering lawn mowing, weeding, and plant potting services for neighbours. By 18, I thought I had it all figured out. I was going to be a business consultant.
Armed with an OCR business cert, an IT Practitioners BTEC qualification, and an NVQ in Business Administration, I was confident I could walk into any business and spot opportunities. But I quickly learned that experience is everything, and I had a lot to learn.
Fortunately, I found a company willing to take a chance on me. That opportunity shaped my future.
Over the next 14 years, I worked my way up from the support desk, helping clients with ERP system issues. This hands-on experience gave me a deep understanding of the day-to-day technical and operational challenges businesses face. I also built strong relationships many of which I still hold today.
As time went on, I took on more senior roles, training new starters, managing projects, launching websites, setting up systems, and working closely with development teams on bespoke solutions. Eventually, I moved into ERP implementation, travelling to client sites and training teams on all aspects of their systems from sales and CRM to accounting and manufacturing.
I’ve worked across a wide range of industries, including promotional products, print, biotech, industrial kitchens, food distribution, and flooring. I even had the chance to work with several US-based companies, helping them implement ERP systems and build eCommerce platforms. I trained a team in the US to operate independently and supported an onboarding project for 80 clients after a major acquisition, working US hours for eight weeks straight.
Later, I achieved a personal milestone: managing a support team. As team leader, I helped improve SLA metrics in just two months. I reviewed our internal systems and processes, identifying ways to increase functionality while reducing costs. Managing people taught me valuable lessons about leadership, motivation, and communication.
After a few years, I joined a Sage reseller as an Implementation Specialist, gaining valuable experience with Sage 200 and its Realitex 200 variant used in the carpets and flooring sector. I wrote development briefs and account-managed major clients, but ultimately, it wasn’t the right fit so I returned to my previous company with a renewed sense of purpose.
Rejoining as Customer Service and Support Manager, I quickly improved SLA performance. I hosted an educational YouTube series during COVID, led a six-month project to migrate over 30 clients to AWS cloud infrastructure, and developed internal dashboards for tracking KPIs. One of my proudest moments was automating over £1 million in monthly orders from a website directly to suppliers.
Eventually, I became General Manager of the ERP system we provided. I led product road mapping, supported sales and marketing efforts, and continued managing the support team. I also worked with clients to develop a Power BI dashboard suite, offering real-time business insights from SQL data. I even presented live for the first time at a client event, showcasing the APIs and improvements we had delivered under my guidance.
Despite all of this, I still felt a pull to go back to my roots to build something of my own. I wanted to help more businesses succeed by making smarter, more strategic decisions about technology.
That’s why I founded NW ERP.
Now, I work closely with clients on a personal level offering tailored consultancy, system integrations, automation, and digital transformation. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions or impersonal service. I’d rather work with 10 clients closely than stretch myself thin across 100. My goal is to earn your trust, understand your business, and help you achieve your goals through technology whether that’s driving growth, improving customer satisfaction, boosting operational efficiency, fostering innovation, or enhancing employee engagement.
This is my story so far and I’d love to be part of your next chapter.
