6. Invoice Terms

1. Payment Terms
   Payment is due within 30 days from the invoice date unless agreed otherwise in writing.
2. Accepted Payment Methods
   We accept bank transfers, credit/debit cards, or other agreed methods. Bank details are provided on invoices.
3. Late Payment
   Late payments may incur interest in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998: 8% above the Bank of England base rate plus a fixed fee.
4. Disputes
   Any queries regarding an invoice must be raised in writing within 7 days of the invoice date. Failure to do so will be deemed acceptance of the charges.
5. Retention of Title
   All goods and services remain the property of NW ERP Limited until full payment is received.
6. Cancellation
   Cancellations must be made in writing. Where work has commenced, clients may be liable for full or partial charges incurred up to the cancellation date.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we take all reasonable care in delivering our services, we do not guarantee specific results. NW ERP Limited shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses. Our liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service.
